Author's Foreword
This blog has been created with the sole objective of having the very highest level of Siva Puja - the Sahasranaama or Trisati as Parayanam to help, those very keen upasakas with time limitations due to other commitments. While Trisati archana, be it, Tamil or Sanskrit takes no more than 15mins, both Tamil 1000potris and Sanskrit Sahasranaamam take 60 to 90mins. Sanskrit Sahasra Parayanam takes just 40mins.
Asthekas would have already seen the blogs
These blogs give details on all aspects like Puja Methodology, literature etc. As the author & an astrologer, having found the Value of puja for Pariharams, I felt, it is my duty to convert the Sanskrit Versions of both Sahasranaamam and Trisati into parayana format to help as many People as possible.
With this end in view, conversion has been done in the simplest form using Siva-Ambaal Names as a set with no compounding for the ease of pronunciation. The followers of Tamil, can use Oom at the start, remembering to conclude with Potri, Potri, Potri at the end. That way the time for 1000potris comes to 40mins only.
